VINCI Energies teams up with EuraTechnologies’ new PropTech incubator
Working with EuraTechnologies to incubate property-technology startups is a fantastic opportunity for VINCI Energies to understand these new players’ needs, and to help them take flight.
PropTech expertise includes property management, building renovation and marketing, energy transition, smart buildings, and all the related legal considerations.
This new PropTech incubator will combine EuraTechnologies’ ability to bring together a range of expertise and skills within its programmes, to attract the people driving innovation in the sector, and to harness human and financial investment from VINCI Energies and other partners including VINCI Immobilier, Sergic, Nacarat and Dalkia.
The partnership began last February and the official agreement was signed on 7 September by Eric Plumey (Managing Director of VINCI Energies TNESI), Walter Sol (Director of VINCI Facilities in north-eastern France and Greater Paris), Pierre Kieffer (BU manager of VINCI Facilities Mobility) and Alain Navello (Director of VINCI Immobilier in Northern France, Champagne and Picardie).
Applicants have until 13 September to submit their project and possibly join the incubation programme’s 14th contingent, which will kick off this 28 September.
