Bosman Projects awarded by Flow Real Estate in Project Schinkel for design and construction of all technical installations of the office.
Project Schinkel, approximately 11,000 m2, in Amsterdam is a large-scale renovation of an office building with shops on the ground floor. In addition to the renovation, two new floors will be added to the already existing nine floors. This renovation is intended to make the building more sustainable and upgrade it to the current modern standard with BREEAM excellent certification (BREEAM is the world’s leading science-based suite of validation and certification systems for sustainable built environment.)
Bosman is responsible for the design and installation work.
The works has started in Q4 2022 and will end in April 2024.
Amount: 8.5 M€
