Verkerk Building Installations participates in the renovation of Amsterdam Central Station
The number of passengers and trains at Amsterdam Central Station is growing rapidly. To properly facilitate rising travel movements, platforms and lift points are being widened. This affects the existing track decks and transfer space. Technical rooms and installations need to be relocated and renewed. As a result of the civil engineering and building modifications, the existing installations in the station must be adapted.
Verkerk Building Installations is awarded to take care of the mechanical HVAC engineering and all HVAC building-related installations as well as Building Automation and Fire protection.
The work has started in September 2022 and will end by June 2024.
