Take a look at the new regional head office of VINCI Energies Belgium!
VINCI Energies Belgium is building its new regional head office in Gosselies, near Charleroi.
A total of 10 business units will be grouped together in a state-of-the-art building with very low energy consumption.
Eight companies were involved in the construction, including several belonging to the Building Solutions network: VINCI Facilities for space planning, IZEN with the installation of 800 photovoltaic panels, Axians Audiovisual Belgium for audiovisual systems, Cegelec for electrical charging stations and special techniques, Omexom for medium-voltage transformer stations, Cegelec Fire Solutions for fire detection, and Axians for IT infrastructure.
“We wanted this project to be exemplary in both its design and execution. We applied the “Building Team” formula by involving all the project’s stakeholders from the outset,” emphasizes Fabrice Montesi, Managing Director of Cegelec Belgium.
As a showcase for VINCI Energies’ expertise in Smart Building, the teams had to integrate an innovative building control solution. The Wave solution, developed by Smart Building Energies, was chosen. The platform will provide numerous services to occupants and will serve as a demonstrator for prospects, customers and partners.
