Hippolyte Lecarpentier joins the Building Solutions team!
The Building Solutions team welcomes Hippolyte Lecarpentier, who joined Aymeric Tissandier’s Technique & Innovation team at the beginning of September.
He will work closely alongside Pierre Blanchet and Patrice Franssens on energy simulations, energy efficiency, energy savings certificates (ESCs) and other environmental issues.
Hippolyte studied engineering at Polytech Nantes, majored in heat and energy, and chose VINCI Energies for his last-year internship at the TNESI unit. He worked on energy efficiency in the WAVE building in Lille, and with companies running their first simulations on Helios Exchange.
He is now based at La Factory in Paris and will be focusing principally on assisting energy retrofits and monitoring the ESC Calculator for Building Solutions companies.
1/ Energy retrofits: assessing tools to support our building renovation deals, while leading communities of people using these tools
2/ ESC Calculator: circulating and updating the tool geared for the service industry
He will also help out on several projects relating to carbon and synergies between building construction and operation to step up energy efficiency.
