VIPARIS awards a contract to VINCI Facilities
VIPARIS hosts a large number of successful, standout events at nine locations in the Greater Paris region, including trade fairs such as Viva Technology, Maison et Objets and the Paris Air Show; public performing arts events of all types; innovative corporate events and congresses; and major policy meetings. VIPARIS provides an outstanding Paris experience for millions of people who come to explore, learn and discuss their professional environments and interests.
VIPARIS sites are bustling and busy throughout the year. While one event is being set up, another is drawing to a close. Our expert, experienced and professional VINCI Facilities Events teams have helped VIPARIS host these exciting events for nine years. VINCI Facilities Events teams keep up with the fast-paced succession of events held at the Espace Champerret, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris Le Bourget, Paris Nord Villepinte, Palais des Congrès d’Issy-les-Moulineaux and Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild sites that we have under contract.
Precision, self-management, know-how, agility and outstanding technical expertise are just some of the recognised, approved capabilities that underpin the transparent working relationship and trust between VINCI Facilities Events and its customer VIPARIS.
Against this backdrop, the multi-technical maintenance, electrical connections and works contract has just been renewed for a period of five years. Under this contract, 85 employees overseen by experienced manager Philippe Dubuquet, who has just been appointed VINCI Facilities Events Business Unit Manager, will continue to deliver flawless comfort and safety for VIPARIS visitors.
“Our goal is clear: to confirm the trust placed in us by our customer VIPARIS at all the sites on which we work. This is our constant goal in our day-to-day work,” says Philippe Dubuquet.
This trust is based on the work of our people in the field and the expertise of the team headed by Philippe Vanhulst, and in particular Adam Simic and Marine Grimbert in preparing this contract.
The contract took effect on 1 January 2020.
