VINCI Facilities is going up in the world with the Tour Voltaire!

Located in the heart of the La Défense business district, the 82m high Tour Voltaire has 23 storeys and 4 infrastructure floors. The skyscraper boasts vast office spaces and many services for occupants, including three restaurant areas, a gym, a well-being area, a business centre and a concierge.

After the departure of Engie, who had replaced Banque Worms, the tower is currently undergoing major renovation work (cleaning and asbestos removal) in communal areas and floors to bring them into line with new ways of working and market expectations. A third of the tower is occupied by the Louvres Hotel Group and Indigo while the other floors are undergoing work.

It was in this context that VINCI Facilities Réseaux d’Agences & Property successfully pitched its offer over Teams in May 2020. The team is now supporting its client Constructa in the operations prior to handover and acceptance and is providing technical assistance for the completion bond. Ultimately, when the tower is fully occupied, four people from the team headed by Yoann Piochot will be posted on site to carry out daily maintenance tasks.

Well done to the whole team – Guillaume Dottori, Didier Clave, Olivier Dizier, Yoann Piochot, Romain Fronteau, Mohamed Faik and everyone who has played a part in this latest success!
