VINCI Facilities Hestia & Greenaffair: a win-win partnership
VINCI Facilities Hestia is seeking an environmental engineering unit for all missions assigned by its customer Société Générale. As part of its CSR policy, the customer implemented ISO 50001 (across 21 buildings) and wants to improve waste treatment on some sites: recycling rates, improved traceability, ethical providers, etc.
The business unit asked Greenaffair to accompany them on these missions.

“Following our energy manager’s departure, we felt that it was important to adapt to our customer’s needs. There were significant challenges, because we had to maintain continuity of service in energy, develop our environmental side and innovate in terms of CSR.

The service is clearly more expensive compared with an internal resource, but this comparison does not take account of investments and indirect costs. Previously, we had to spend time researching and developing the right tools; deal with engineer turnover, starting from scratch with new hires; and manage our resources. Now that Greenaffair is supporting us, we can devote ourselves 100% to our core business of facility management. And thanks to the increased service level, our customer is all the more grateful.”
