VINCI Facilities Belgium at the service of real estate giant Alides
VINCI Facilities has been awarded a maintenance contract with total guarantee by Alides.
Alides, a family real estate player and part of the Ghent Group Maes founded in 1892, has been an established player in the real estate sector for generations thanks to its hybrid profile of investor and developer.
With its years of expertise in the areas of offices, residential, industry, hotels and care, Alides wants to further consolidate and strengthen its position as a reference real estate player.
Known customer for VINCI Facilities with various hotel buildings technical maintenance & total guarantee for 10 years, contract can be terminated by both parties each 5 years. The maintenance contract will start in January 2021 and will end in December 2032.
