PAREF trust Greenaffair

French regulation introduced in 2020 requires organisations that own or lease office assets spanning more than 1,000 sq. metres to reduce those assets’ energy consumption by 40% by 2050, 50% by 2040 and 60% by 2050.

PAREF asked Greenaffair to implement a strategy to reduce consumption in its own buildings (PAREF proper) and in the buildings it manages for its customers (PAREF Gestion).

Beyond regulatory requirements, the customer is also interested in consumption data from its assets spanning less than 1,000 sq. metres.

The customer contacted Greenaffair through Sandrine Slonina, a sales director in another division – a great example of cross-company synergies!

Jean-Yann Permacaoundin drew up the bid and Greenaffair’s sales department interfaced with the customer.

Greenaffair asked a representative from Energisme to take part in the presentation to the customer. This was one of the decisive factors: the customer greatly appreciated the solution’s multi-site flexibility and user-friendliness.

The services:

  • Collect technical and consumption-related data.
  • Create the buildings in Energisme, a Greenaffair partner platform, for automatic export of yearly consumption data to the Operat* platform.
  • Calculate each asset’s energy target for 2030 and based on the most advantageous method for each building.
  • Conduct energy audits of the 99 assets over 3 years, submit a report per asset with the works programme for 2030, 2040 and 2050.
  • Operat authorisation to create the accounts and feed administrative, building-related and consumption-related data into the platform, in particular by two key deadlines: 30/09/2021 to file 2020 consumption data and 30/09/2022 to file benchmark consumption figures.

*Operat is a platform managed by Ademe, France’s agency for ecological transition, where some companies are required to file information.
