New success for VINCI Facilities at Biomérieux
VF FM Rhone (France) carry out a climate control works for the refrigeration unit of their client Biomérieux. The renovation will be realized as part of a subsidised ESC (energy savings certificate) solution.
Located in Balme-les Grottes in the Isere department, Biomérieux is a company specialized in in vitro diagnostics. VINCI Facilities has overseen the multi-technical maintenance of this site for almost 7 years.
Facing strong customer expectations to renovate its cold production facilities, VINCI Facilities proposed a financed solution, with the help of the regional direction’s energy efficiency unit. Their promise: an energy renovation (with heat recovery) aimed at saving 50% of fuel oil and 1,900t of CO2 over 5 years.
A winning bet for the company that started work last June for a period of 8 months. Moreover, this contract is already bearing fruit, since another Biomérieux site in Grenoble has just called on VINCI Facilities for the same type of service.
