New acquisition: GETEO joins VINCI Facilities
On 1 March 2020, GETEO – a company delivering expertise in BMS integration, maintenance and automation – joined the VINCI Facilities ITEMS business unit headed by Antoine Chardon.
GETEO will help VINCI Facilities ITEMS, which specialises in ELV systems, to extend and step up expansion of its range of BMS solutions and services.
GETEO operates in the service sector across a variety of market segments. It has notably developed strong expertise based on its supervision of ORANGE data centres in France since the 2000s. It shares this market segment with VINCI Facilities Data Center & Telecom, and the two entities will be able to work together on future bids.
GETEO’s SeeNERGIE solution gives our teams a way to efficiently capture the building’s technical data and ensure its reliability, transform the data into added value and thereby boost autonomy and performance. Plans have already been laid to network with TwinOps to enhance the reliability of its services platform and with My Hub Energy to optimise energy audits.
GETEO, which is located in Voisins-le-Bretonneux, adds nine employees to the VF ITEMS team, including the two former heads of the company, who will ensure a smooth transition.
