VINCI Facilities is awarded a four-year full facility management contract for “La Poste du Louvre”, the central Post Office complex located in the centre of Paris.
Beginning in January 2021 and for a duration of four years, VINCI Facilities Grands Property Managers will be responsible for full facility management services at the central Paris Post Office complex, a historic site belonging to Poste Immo that has undergone complete renovation, performed by, amongst others, several Building Solutions BUs: Phibor Opale, Cegelec Tertiaire IDF Grands Projets and Saga Tertiaire.
The building has been refurbished to respond to the rising trend towards multiple uses, with buildings being designed to accommodate a variety of user categories and spaces.
Not only does the complex include office space, it also houses shops, a 5-star hotel and gourmet restaurant, a police station, a day care centre, and residential units.
