Emeraude: another gem for VINCI Facilities
Nexity, the leading French property development and services company, approached VINCI Facilities as part of the call for tenders for its building complex Emeraude. An independent office building, Emeraude has undergone massive renovation. The refurbishment includes a new facade offering modernity and comfort.
In just two short weeks, the commercial teams mobilised to resume the costing process they initially started in 2020 in response to the same call for tenders, which was never completed. With 15% optimisation and stepped-up communication with BATEG, the Emeraude site’s leaseholder, the teams were hopeful of success. And they were successful, with help from Thierry Orluc, business unit manager of VINCI Facilities Foncières Investisseurs Property, allowing one final adjustment to be made to seal this deal with Nexity.
