Double win for Manei Lift
Manei Lift, a VINCI Facilities company specialising in lift maintenance and refurbishment, has renewed its contracts with two customers, the property company ICF Habitat SNCF Immobilier and independent social landlord LOGIREP.
ICF Habitat SNCF Immobilier has entrusted Manei Lift with the maintenance of 118 lifts in the southern Île-de-France region for a period of three years. Work began on 1 October 2019.
As sales manager Sophie Tostivint explains, “Our understanding of the buying group’s needs, good relationships between our technicians and the caretakers, and a technical brief that really showcases our expertise have enabled us to reinforce our partnership with this property company.”
LOGIREP has assigned Manei Lift the maintenance of a fleet of 200 additional appliances until December 2023. As company director Geoffrey Phlypo explains, “This contract more than doubles our placement with this customer and puts us in pole position among its trusted providers.”
This is a long-term effort that will undoubtedly continue to bear fruit this year.
