Crédit Agricole Immobilier awards a contract to VINCI Facilities

Crédit Agricole Immobilier, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, has decided to ensure uniformity of the Facility Management services provided at its office buildings throughout France.

To this end, it issued a call for tender in July 2019 covering 11 buildings used by one of the Group’s insurance entities, Predica. These 11 buildings are distributed across the Greater Paris area (8), Lille (1), and Montpellier (2).

The VINCI Facilities Réseaux d’Agences & Property business unit is already operating one of the buildings covered in the Greater Paris area and is thus well positioned to cover the full set of buildings (58,000 sq. metres).

Yoann Piochot’s teams are therefore working with those of Joachim Vital-Durand (VINCI Facilities Building Services) and Patrick Chappuy (VINCI Facilities Occitanie Méditerranée) to propose an overall service which they could provide at national level.

The consistent bid, the involvement and recognised professionalism of Project Manager Ouissam Ben Boubaker, and the excellent relationship with the customer against the backdrop of the efficient and sound management of the loss of the Primatice contract in 2018, enabled VF Réseaux d’Agences & Property to sign this outstanding contract for a period of three years.

Key success factors:

  • Involvement and recognised professionalism of Project Manager Ouissam Ben Boubaker
  • Consistent price bid
  • Excellent relationship with the customer despite the end of the Primatice contract
