BU Managers Day 2018: Beyond customers' expectations!

On 5th and 6th June, the convention BU Managers Day took place in Munich.

The aim of this event was to gather the VINCI Facilities’ Directors and BU Managers over two days to leave them more inspired, audacious and confident in the VINCI Facilities’ future. Our job is changing fast and we are the actors of these changes. The spirit of the Business Unit Managers Day was particularly placed under the sign of e-ciphering, analysis, and especially of experience-sharing.

A single sentence said it all and gave rhythm to this convention: “Beyond customers’ expectations”

We especially wanted to give the stage to the BU Managers who already work every day to deliver to our customers, the best value proposition.

We would like to thank all the speakers who participated. They each managed to show the richness of our business and our know-how. This is, through the diversity and complexity of the buildings and sites we operate, the trust relationship or even the partnership with our customers by being already closer to their needs, or through the digital projects that we already accomplish.

During this event, Philippe Conus, Brand Director of VINCI Facilities, highlighted through the recent Carillion case, the risks of an FM that would not be sustainable and without any real added value, to precisely put the emphasis on the challenge of our business:

“The true mission of Facility Management is to improve the performance of our customers by helping them to face up to their challenges. “

These major challenges are the digitisation and the evolution of technologies in the building as well as new trends and way of work.

The strong and enthusiastic message to remember from this event is the great opportunities for our business to create the new services of tomorrow, the new user experiences in order to definitively position us as a major player in Facility Management.

Now and more than ever, it’s up to us to play. Together!
