Belgium : A working day like no other!
The 16th of September, VINCI Facilities Belgium has organised a seminar day gathering more than 30 VINCI Facilities’ ambassadors.
The goal?
To roll up their sleeves in order to prepare the major themes for 2020 :
♦ Internal marketing with the promotion of the Vision of FM for technicians;
♦ Internal communication;
♦ Hiring & Vacancies;
♦ Leadership;
♦ Well-being;
♦ Onboarding & Mentorship.
The day ended with Team Building activities for forging closer ties between colleagues. To sum up : Fun, relaxation and great memories!
The results
♦ Hundreds of creative ideas that will be put into practice next year as part of their SSP 2020 ;
♦ The creation of 7 working groups around these themes in order to improve their process;
♦ Such a positive energy that everyone is highly motivated! An ideal spirit to tackle the preparation of the SSP …. and to embark all the collaborators in the adventure!
