AVIVA INVESTORS - VINCI Facilities: a strong business relationship
SoCo, a 7,500 sq. metre office building acquired by Aviva in 2020, is leased to FaberNovel, a French leader in digital business transformation. The building is located in one of the most popular business districts in Paris (France), right near Saint-Lazare train station. FaberNovel is the only tenant.
After submitting several bids to calls for tender issued by Aviva, the staff from VINCI Facilities Banques Assurances et Mutuelles have built a strong business relationship. That was a key point in winning the tender. And it was precisely during the final presentation that VINCI Facilities made all the difference and convinced the team. Their service-driven spirit and close customer relationships were named as key success factors.
In the longer term, within a year, an environmental component will be integrated into the multi-technical maintenance service provided by our teams to take into account energy consumption within the building. A new challenge to come!
