Cegelec Nord Grands Projets is helping to create a futuristic building designed by Philippe Chiambaretta (PCA-STREAM studio) and located in the heart of Euralille.

This strategical impact project after three years from the mechanical completion in 2017 obtained in 2020 the highest-ranking position in the BREEAM Outstanding evaluation procedure, 99.1% scoring point.

VINCI Immobilier delivered the WENOV project in April 2021. This 23,000‑square‑metre building is located at the heart of EuraTechnologies in Lille.
