VINCI Facilities / KWERK: from coworking to wellworking
KWERK is the story of a meeting between a designer and a marketing expert with a shared ambition: to offer customers a bespoke working environment with the highest standards of service and hospitality usually associated with the luxury hotel business. It is one of the first French companies to enter the prestigious managed office sector in France.
KWERK currently boasts 4 addresses in Paris, all entrusted to VINCI Facilities Digital Consulting Media Stores (DCMS), and continues to expand and acquire new premises in the French capital. VINCI Facilities DCMS launched two new sites in 2022: KWERK Madeleine and KWERK St-Honoré.
The Madeleine site was previously managed by the building’s owner AG2R and VINCI Facilities PATRIMM. KWERK has taken over management directly from their site.
For KWERK St-Honoré, teams from VINCI Facilities DCMS are currently supporting the works phase and handover of the building. The maintenance contract will begin on completion of this phase in early May 2022.
The partnership was also enhanced on 1 January with a master agreement on “minor works/interventions”, ensuring responsiveness, transparency and price stability for the customer. This is a great asset in accommodating the frequent work space movements.
Duration: 1 year (automatically renewable).
Services provided: HVAC, Lifts, Fire protection system, Automatic doors, Power supply/extra-low voltage, 3D, BMS.
