GECINA on course for 2030
Gecina currently has 97% of its office building assets in the Ile-de-France region. A real estate company specialising in centrality and uses, Gecina created the YouFirst brand in 2019 to offer its customers high-quality services and meet their needs in sustainable living spaces.
Currently in place at six buildings, teams from VINCI Facilities PATRIMM’ are taking on a new call for tenders covering one-third of Gecina’s portfolio, a total of 35 sites. To this end, the teams are putting forward a differentiating, forward-looking offer that includes the creation of a method management cockpit dedicated to the contract. With their local presence in the field, the pool of technical teams will manage mobile sites.
Gecina also follows a robust CSR strategy (Gecina Canop-2030: carbon neutrality by 2030), which VINCI Facilities PATRIMM’ fully integrated into, with help from Greenaffair: production of carbon figures, an investment plan with carbon assessment, and a proposal for a circular economy approach. VINCI Facilities thus becomes Gecina’s primary provider. This new success is the result of the teams’ commitment at all levels, and gives VINCI Facilities added impetus as a solid and ambitious partner in Gecina’s future.
