Greenaffair is branching out into acoustic measurement and consulting!
As part of the completion phase of their renovation of the office levels in the Thales building in Meudon, VINCI Facilities tasked Greenaffair with evaluating the level of acoustic comfort achieved. Different measurements were taken, including of reverberation, equipment noise levels and sound insulation between offices.
Measurements were made using the following equipment:
- 1x Norsonic NOR145 sound level meter with a class 1 microphone, serial number 15030210
- 1x Norsonic NOR1255 sound calibrator, serial number 125525050
- MIPRO type AG300 pink noise sound source
Measurements were recorded in line with applicable reference methods and standards.
Conclusions of the survey: Overall, acoustic comfort in the areas tested is good. It is well suited to good working conditions, due in particular to the materials used (carpet, false ceiling, sound-absorbing furnishings).
