The VINCI Facilities LTC (Long Term Contracts) business unit is a vital link in the chain ensuring that their technical facilities are kept running perfectly.

Maintaining the technical facilities in swimming pools over 20 or 30 years requires a highly specialised approach. The LTC business unit is committed to total customer care. Long-term theoretical planning will be carried out to map all possible costs over this period, in order to avoid breakdowns in technical facilities and ensure optimal maintenance.
Meanwhile, VINCI Facilities has already acquired the necessary experience in these LAGO centres, where it maintains HVAC equipment, cogeneration, electrical installations (high- and low-voltage), lighting, fire detection, access control, camera surveillance and photovoltaic installations. This is all covered by a fully guaranteed contract that also includes all necessary reinvestments.
