ST Microelectronics is a world leader in the market for microelectronic components. Its site in Rousset (South of France), covers 100,000 sq. metres and accommodates more than 2,700 employees.

Teams from VINCI Facilities Industrie & Property Provence Sud recently won the call for tenders for a five-year multiservice contract covering the following batches:

– Finishing works
– Plumbing
– Joinery/metalwork
– Moving/refit
– Automatic doors and gates
– Duct cleaning
– Roofing

From an operational perspective, a full-time site manager will be working alongside four technicians. The contract takes effect on 1 November.
