Inauguration of the new VEF Facilities Nord Ouest IDF premises in Versailles!
On 10 September, the VEF Facilities Nord Ouest IDF division officially opened its new premises located in Versailles (France), with 150 customers and colleagues in attendance.
This new Versailles showpiece is the result of 100% Building Solutions thinking and application, and the teams are extremely proud of it!
In less than six months, an empty stage was transformed into a space that embodies the changing world of work and the desire to transform the employee experience.
The project was reliably managed from the upstream support phase onward, from needs assessment to changes in use and ways of working, with in-house architects DEGW France and workplace designers HAPPY TAF. Next, OMNIDEC took over with the creation of the wooden ceilings, glass partitions, flooring, paintwork, layout, and creation of the kitchen area, etc. with remarkable finish quality and perfect worksite management. EMI TERTIAIRE completed the power supply and extra-low voltage work, BMS access control, room reservation system and decorative lighting. Finally, T.O.P. THERMIQUE ELECTROMECANIQUE PLOMBERIE handled HVAC and plumbing. Not to forget upstream consultant VINCI Immobilier, whose teams provided outstanding support with everything from location scouting to drafting the lease.
Besides the VINCI Facilities expertise our customers already know and love, the directors and BU managers took advantage of the event to propose offers related to workspace design.
