Telmma Property Group continues its collaboration with VINCI Facilities
France: The 10 Grenelle office complex has been renovated and modernised to meet its users’ new needs as part of an ambitious environmental strategy. It is also one of the rare high-rise buildings in central Paris.
This project, identified two years ago by teams from VINCI Facilities Grands Property Managers, involves two of our customers: TELMMA as property manager and AG2R La Mondiale as owner.
The former, a professionally demanding technical manager, required an agile, multi-skilled partner to handle site maintenance. Teams from VINCI Facilities Grands Property Managers are meeting that challenge with an experienced, performance-focused technical team exceeding their performance targets.
Additionally, the main tenants, Les Echos and Le Parisien (major french newspapers), have high expectations in terms of business continuity.
