Maintenance and technical interventions at the Constructiv headquarters in Belgium
Constructiv is a service provider to the construction sector in Belgium. It interacts with all construction industry stakeholders: employers, workers, construction schools, training centres, safety coordinators, architects, job seekers, etc.
Among other things, Constructiv provides special support to construction schools. Students can not only complete construction training courses, but also access various forms of apprenticeship (such as work-study programmes) to ease their transition into the world of work. Additionally, teaching staff benefit from high-quality training and educational materials.
Constructiv was initially looking for a partner to help it revive its building management system (BMS). The system was no longer up to standard, so VINCI Facilities suggested replacing it with Priva automation technology. This installation will make it possible to improve comfort for building users and reduce the buildings’ carbon footprint, thanks to a monitoring system for HVAC installations.
Thanks to the efforts of the teams led by Pieter Brackman (Contract Manager) and Stijn Van Hoorde (Service Engineer), VINCI Facilities Belgium succeeded in winning the multi-technology maintenance contract for Constructiv’s Belgian headquarters.
It covers two buildings: one located in Rue Royale, Brussels, and a second adjacent building that is currently under construction.
