Le Stories: an urban village between Paris and Saint Ouen
Le Stories is an urban village, designed around its users, that prioritises meeting places, light and outdoor spaces. The building is concentrated around a large central garden. Rising seven storeys high, the whole building benefits from a flexible configuration that makes it possible to connect places and people, to experiment and to use atypical spaces in diverse ways. This is a collaborative place that stimulates the collective intelligence.
Teams from VINCI Facilities Prisme, together with colleagues from the VF Business Development team, began planning well in advance of the call for tender with a single goal: to amalgamate their expertise and bring home the contract.
Along with their skill and perfect understanding of the customer’s needs, they supported the customer by bringing in the right digital tools, hiring an apprentice technician from the local community, and implementing visual management in the start-up phase.
As the building’s manager, BNPP REPM entrusted the operation of Le Stories to Emmanuel Rossi’s teams on behalf of its client AXA-IM Real Assets.
Le Stories is an important project for VINCI Facilities, VINCI Energies and the VINCI Group. It represents the common thread linking all our areas of expertise, from construction (VINCI Construction) and installation (Cegelec Tertiaire IDF) to marketing (VINCI Immobilier) and operation.
