VINCI Facilities supports agricultural machinery giant Claas at its brand-new high-tech cluster in Ymeray (Central France).
VINCI Facilities Centre started working on this new contract in August 2020 and it will run for 3 years.
“Claas has a new French head office in Ymeray (about 65 km southwest of Paris), its teams moved in this 31 August, and they are enjoying the company restaurant and other friendly and laid-back areas. Located by the A11 motorway, Claas’s Technopole in France is based on the all-in-one concept, meaning that it houses every department in the company under the same roof. It spans 15 hectares in total and has two buildings with 20,000 sq. metres of covered areas. Claas France’s Chairman intends to turn the new facility into a hub that will attract farming professionals across the board and the vast glass-walled showroom symbolises this open spirit.
VINCI Facilities is also working with its new customer monitoring the guarantees relating to works completion.”, explains Bruno Maglo, Regional Sales Manager at VINCI Facilities IDF Nord Ouest.
The services: managing, operating and maintaining the air-conditioning, ventilation, heating and smoke-extraction systems, high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, plumbing, safety and fire safety systems, the building management system, lifts, automatic doors, kitchen equipment and the building’s envelope.
