AG2R La Mondiale places its trust in VINCI Facilities
VINCI Facilities PATRIMM’ has had an excellent working relationship with its customer AG2R for a decade, built on regular contacts between the Property Asset department and the AG2R representatives.
A new “22 Malesherbes” contract has now been added to two other AG2R buildings for which multi-technical maintenance has been entrusted to the teams headed by Yvan Bellamy since 2017: the Season building, located in the Paris-Batignolles eco-neighbourhood development zone (17th arrondissement) and the Reverside building (13th arrondissement) in Paris.
Located in central Paris, around the corner from the Madeleine church in the 8th arrondissement, 22 Malesherbes is a prestigious site with more than 5,600 sq. metres of elegant office space offering open spaces, a large number of green spaces and high-end services.
The magnificent setting, with its optimum combination of low environmental footprint and high user comfort, will surely appeal to its future tenant.
Work got under way on 1 October 2019.
