Key contracts: a quartet for VINCI Facilities in Polynesia
In a major achievement, VINCI Facilities Polynésie, which has nearly 120 employees and generates €13 million in annual revenue, has won four key contracts. They are described below.
Success No. 1: Multi-technical maintenance at the Centre Hospitalier de Polynésie Française hospital complex in Pirae, Tahiti
VINCI Facilities Polynésie won a five-year multi-technical maintenance contract for the 483-bed Centre Hospitalier de Polynésie Française hospital complex in Pirae on the island of Tahiti.
In addition, a separate contract covers replacement of a 1500 kW refrigeration unit to reduce the hospital’s electricity consumption by 10%.
Success No. 2: Multi-technical maintenance for military sites on Tahiti
VINCI Facilities Polynésie will provide multi-technical maintenance for all 29 military sites on the island of Tahiti, which have a combined surface area of more than 150,000 sq. metres, for a period of four years.
Success No. 3: Refrigeration system for the Toa Faa’a Intermarché supermarket in Tahiti
VINCI Facilities Polynésie will install a CO2 refrigeration system in the new Intermarché supermarket in Faa’a to significantly reduce electricity consumption (by at least 30%). The business unit will also refurbish the power supply and ELV electrical systems.
Success No. 4: Climate control and security works for Air Tahiti
VINCI Facilities Polynésie will refurbish the climate control system at the 400 sq. metre head office of the Air Tahiti airline and commission four x-ray metal detectors.
