WAVE – the first building in France to achieve three stars from the Ready2Services (R2S) label
WAVE recently obtained the R2S label, created by the Smart Building Alliance (SBA) and issued by Certivéa (French consultant). With a three-star rating, the label recognised the building’s digital intelligence: scalability, occupant comfort, connectivity and energy performance.
Built on the EuraTechnologies site in Lille, WAVE is the regional headquarters for VINCI Energies in Hauts-de-France. This showcase building opened in 2019 and currently accommodates around a hundred employees.

Gaining it gives us a competitive advantage, which will prove useful to our customers wishing to enhance the value of their assets over time. This success is due to the combined expertise of several business units from the Tertiaire Nord Est & Sécurité Incendie division, which completed all technical batches for the building: Delporte, Santerne Fluides, C2C, NAE, Lesot, Axians, and Smart Building Energies.
Following the Green Solutions Awards Public Grand Prize and the SIMI Grand Prize in 2019, this new distinction once again demonstrates VINCI Energies’ know-how when it comes to the Smart Building.
