R.M.S (Reference Management System) is the abbreviation for the online portal that manages VINCI Energies client references. Each brand has its own dedicated space for creating, archiving and easy location of all its business references.

The purpose of R.M.S is to share client reference information enabling everyone to:

• develop a specific business segment or expertise;
• bring added value to a business presentation;
• find client data easily; or
• refer to pertinent projects and milestones during an RFP process.

What’s more, confidential information remains available through the digital platform for strictly internal use (contract amount, contact information, information on project managers and/or engineers…).

Highly intuitive, this R.M.S. platform can:

• conduct a refined search by business activity (Engineering & Works and/or VINCI Facilities), by a client’s market segment and by type of building and type of contract/market
• find the geographic location of references directly on a map, for local searches
• with a single click, download a client’s information sheet in PDF or PPT format.

A cross-reference search focused on healthcare would, for example, allow you to locate all healthcare-related business references within the Building Solutions platform (Engineering & Works and VINCI Facilities).

As the VINCI Facilities brand has been using R.M.S. for more than two years, with around 450 references to date – the Building Solutions Marketing team took advantage of an interface upgrade to create an entry point dedicated to its Engineering & Works business.

This new dedicated entry point provides all the specifics of this activity, including the brand logo use policy for local brands. Each business unit having posted a reference will be able to use its own logo, while other business units wishing to use the same local brand logo will be provided the Building Solutions logo.

This new version of R.M.S. integrating all of VINCI Facilities Engineering & Works references under the same Building Solutions banner was presented at the Engineering & Works Conference last July 19th with almost 500 references already available online here.

To help this new tool thrive, we need every business unit to regularly update it with new references.

And with respect to future upgrades, it will soon be possible to automatically export data directly to VINCI Energies’ Web Factory.

We can already get excited about the availability of these enhanced business synergies, spanning the entire Building Solutions activity!
