Wave makes an entrance at C2C and CINODIS!

Wave – the flagship platform from Smart Building Energies – has been installed in the new C2C and CINODIS premises in Roissy (near Paris – France). This 1500-square-metre site will take advantage of Wave’s full range of functions to make the building more intelligent.

C2C and CINODIS are two IP solutions integrators that joined the Building Solutions network in 2019. To find out more, click here

The three companies are already well acquainted, with the POL solution developed by C2C and CINODIS having been installed in the WAVE building in Lille last year. POL made it possible to deliver fast fibre-optic broadband direct to employee work stations throughout the building.

In turn, C2C and CINODIS management quickly recognised the benefits of using the Wave platform in their future premises. This was an opportunity to show their customers where network infrastructure and its real-world applications converge. Looking beyond the often-abstract network layer to make practical use of every possible smart building application:

  • energy consumption management;
  • remote access control;
  • comfort control (temperature, lighting, etc.) for occupants;
  • reserving parking spaces and meeting rooms, etc.

The Wave solution enables all this in just a few clicks, through a simple, ergonomic interface.

Rollout of Wave on the Roissy site began in September.

The package including access to the platform, hosting, updates and maintenance costs €2 per sq. metre per year.
