Testimonio II: an immense project in Monaco
Jean Graniou is involved in Testimonio II, a construction project led by developers Marzocco and VINCI Immobilier that is one of the largest of its kind in Monaco.
The luxury 150,000 m2 development under construction on the last large-scale building plot in the principality will include:
- two residential towers, one 90 metres high with 25 floors, and the other 100 metres tall with 30 floors;
- 348 state-owned apartments for Monegasque civil servants;
- 59 high-end private housing units ranging in size from 250 m2 to 1,000 m2;
- five luxury villas ranging in size from 1,400 m2 to 2,500 m2;
- facilities for the International School of Monaco, which will cater for up to 700 pupils and students;
- a nursery with 50 places;
- 1,100 parking spaces.
Jean Graniou was selected for the HV and LV packages.
Its teams are used to working on complex projects and their technical expertise and fast pace will stand to them in meeting such a tight delivery schedule.
Its renowned expertise was what earned the company three contracts. The first one involves building one tower in a consortium with MONEL and SNEF, while the second entails building another in a consortium with MONEL. Both of these contracts were subcontracted to the company by CAROLI.
The third contract, subcontracted by SATRI to a consortium comprising SNEF, MONACO DOMOTIC, HEE and TRAFIPARC, involves building the car park, the International School of Monaco facilities, the private apartments and the villas.
The phased delivery schedule runs through to 2024.
