Sweden: New success for Emil Lundgren in Göteborg
The current building operates a service facility for trucks and buses and this needs to be upgraded to meet future needs. The old building will be demolished in stages and replaced with a completely new facility, total area of approximately 12,000 sqm.
Our customer is Peab Sverige AB and the end customer is Sveafjord AB (Real estate company within AB Volvo).
The long-term collaboration with PEAB and Volvo has lead to this contract, that will involve several business units in Göteborg, where the project takes place. The assignment includes electrical and telecommunications installations on a construction contract, as well as a small part of the demolition.
Demolition will start in spring 2022 and the new installation after the holidays. The first stage will be completed summer 2023 and the entire building in early 2024.
