Santerne Fluides helps create the WENOV innovation campus in Lille
VINCI Immobilier delivered the WENOV project in April 2021. This 23,000‑square‑metre building is located at the heart of EuraTechnologies in Lille (North of France).
It will accommodate schools, training centres and startups. Lessees include EuraTechnologies, Lille Catholic University and the co-working startup Hiptown.

WENOV is an ambitious VINCI project: construction of the building was entrusted to VINCI Construction France, the HVAC and plumbing to Santerne Fluides, and the multi-technical maintenance to VINCI Facilities.
For Santerne Fluides, works started in January 2019, with a tight schedule posing the main challenge.
The works involved the installation of:
- 410 fan coil units
- 5 air handling units (55,000 m3/hour)
- Changeover arrays
- Heat and cold production with boilers and cooling units
- 326 toilets
Another unique feature: the building has no suspended ceilings. This was a challenge for the Santerne Fluides teams, who thanks to BIM were able to plan ahead and install the equipment taking account of aesthetic considerations.
