Sanitherm joins Building Solutions !

VINCI Energies has acquired Sanitherm, a group of four companies – Sanitherm Vannes, Sanitherm Quimper, ATV and Kemperclim – with 100 employees, which generated revenue of €16 million in 2019. Sanitherm specialises in the installation of heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning systems in all types of buildings.

Founded in 1980 and based in Quimper (French Brittany), Sanitherm has built on its expertise to position itself as a key regional player working for local administrations and authorities, buildings such as residences, apartment blocks, hospitals and retirement homes, factories, and facilities such as swimming pools.

The effective strategy applied by the company’s current top management, Valérie Richard, David Richard and Michel Bru, also involves the inclusion of ecological installations in the company’s range of solutions and services in response to the environmental move to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Gilles Vivat, managing director of VINCI Energies France Tertiaire Grand Ouest, says: “This acquisition will further boost momentum in our Building Solutions Electrical Engineering activity and enable us to deliver additional MEP services to our customers in the Brittany region.”

David Richard and Michel Bru are appointed respectivly Business Unit manager and Responsible for Housing activity.

Sanitherm will be part of the perimeter of Yannick Ménard, director.
