Renovation and extension of the Carlton Hotel in Cannes
VINCI Construction France has awarded VINCI Energies the power supply and extra-low voltage batches for the project to renovate and extend the historic listed Hotel Carlton in Cannes (south of France).
Jean Graniou Grands Projects is leading an ad-hoc joint venture formed with Jean Graniou Nice and Degreane Elec for this challenging project, which must be completed in 24 months.
The renovation part of the project involves 322 rooms and luxury suites on six levels, 15 high-end suites on one level, plus a mezzanine level, ground-floor level and basement housing the lobby, restaurant, kitchens, spa, terraces, garden, etc.
The extension component includes three basement levels containing technical and logistical premises, parking garage, conference centre and meeting rooms. The upper levels across two wings contain several luxury stores, 36 high-end apartments and a penthouse with terrace.
