Career

After 10 years in institutional catering followed by 10 more in the protection of sites labeled “sensitive”, I joined VINCI Group as Director of VINCI PARK for the “Hauts de France” region, for 3 more years. At the sale of VINCI Park in 2016, I joined Eric Plumey and his team at Pole VEF TERTIAIRY NORTH EAST & FIRE SAFETY as Director of Sales & Business Development.

I have always sold and operated solutions and services to and for extremely demanding clients. I have deep knowledge of B2B and B2C business models and in team management.

The main duties of my job today are:

1/ Hunter: Go out and gather sales information to better evaluate our response, and to propose pertinent market investments to companies.

2/ Breeder: Work closely with loyal clients, help them evolve in their choices, strategies, introduce them to innovating situations and contexts for adapting to their environment (public and private).

3/ Ambassador: Participation in a wide range of trade shows and conferences and on professional networks to raise awareness of our savoir-faire.

The strength of our ecosystem, our network and our specific competencies are a potent advantage for making great first impressions.

But my mission doesn’t stop there; we are currently targeting the signing of new projects with new clients. This means we need enthusiasm and powerful conviction, including from within, if we want clients to like our offer and give us their business.

Smart Building Alliance

On a different note, I also have the opportunity to lead the “Hauts de France” region of the Smart Building Alliance (or SBA). Our approach includes a period of collective thought and discussion meetings focused on the smart building of tomorrow.

The world has been changing so fast these last 10 years. Digitalization has been the catalyst. Who could imagine, today in 2018, a car without a Bluetooth connection, with no GPS, no on-board computer system flashing needed repairs… Buildings have to follow this path, extract the best from that technology and put it to the service of building occupants!

From now on, buildings have to be designed to integrate services approved by SBA Label R2S. This means, as of the design or rehabilitation stage, considering to equip the building as early as possible with the “4th fluid”, the Internet.

The SBA is a disciple of this principle and gets members of all trades from the Building Value Chain around the same table: from the Project Developer to the end-user.
