The future aquatic centre in Saint-Denis will host synchronised swimming, water polo and diving competitions for the 2024 Olympic Games.

For construction of this new site, which will be repurposed to meet the town’s needs after the Games, Phibor Espaces is handling the power supply, security system installation, fire safety system and voice-data-image network. Lefort Francheteau Valorium will be responsible for climate control, ventilation and heating, smoke extraction and plumbing.

The business units involved will need to organise their worksite while reducing their waste.

Works duration: March 2022 to April 2025.
Contract value: €12.5 million.
