[New acquisition] Building Solutions welcomes Quartz Sécurité
FRANCE: Cegelec Amiens Tertiaire has acquired Quartz Sécurité on the 1st of February!
Quartz Sécurité, founded in 1999, is specialised in low-voltage work and Building Management System.
Based in Amiens (North of France), its turnover is up to €1M.
The BU has joined Cegelec Amiens Tertiaire, in the French pole VEF Tertiaire Nord Est & Sécurité Incendie.
This acquisition reinforces our Smart Building portfolio in France.
Joel RICHIR became the new business unit manager, and the former manager – Freddy Alexandre – and his 4 employees have joined the scope of Pascal Daragon.
We welcome them to the Building Solutions network!
