Networking project in the cold storage sector
G+H Kühllager- und Industriebau GmbH (part of VED Building Solutions) has won a follow-up contract in a deep-freeze warehouse belonging to owner-managed family business Eisbär Eis Gebr. Klehn GmbH.
The contract comprises the partly-turnkey construction of production and logistics areas and a high-bay warehouse for the integration of fully-automated conveyor systems, as well as a staff building. The construction project is being implemented in close cooperation with the logistics supplier and the Hamburg branch of Calanbau Brandschutzanlagen GmbH, which have been awarded the contract for the supply and installation of the sprinkler system.
The works began in May 2022 and will be completed by June 2023.
