Jump: schedule management and responsiveness for Francheteau Inissium et Phibor Espaces
Eiffage Construction Tertiaire entrusted Lefort Francheteau Inissium and Phibor Espaces with the HVACE batches and the power supply and extra-low voltage batches respectively, including the fire safety system.
Named Jump, this 25,000-square-metre-plus complex in Aubervilliers (near Paris) will incorporate a hotel, offices and street-level shops.
Lefort Francheteau Inissium and Phibor Espaces will be focused primarily on the 15,000 square metres of office space and the 4,400-square-metre, 180-room hotel.
The project having begun with construction of the building shells, the Lefort Francheteau Inissium and Phibor Espaces teams are currently in the design phase until October 2021.
The project will be implemented in two stages. The first stage includes the works connected with the hotel, which will begin in November 2021 for handover in November 2022, with the second stage focusing on the office spaces. The teams will begin the latter works in July 2022 for handover in July 2023.
One unique feature of this project is the two overlapping works stages, with handover and safety commissioning of the hotel taking place while the office works are still ongoing. This will require completion of the car parking and shared infrastructure, making scheduling absolutely crucial to this project.
In environmental terms, the project is aiming for BREEAM Excellent and HQE “Very High Performance” certification plus the Energy+ Carbon- label EC21 for the office spaces, and BREEAM Very Good certification for the hotel.
