Jean Graniou Monaco was awarded a new contract in the principality

The Gildo Pastor Center is Monaco’s largest office building. With 90,000 sq. metres of floor space across 11 floors and three parking levels, it houses numerous companies from the financial services, banking and maritime transport sectors.

The property management firm S.A.M. PASTOR is a historic customer of Jean Graniou Monaco, which took part in construction of the building in the late 1980s and has since handled maintenance of all power supply and low-voltage equipment.

As a co-contractor with Siemens, the company took on the contract to renovate and extend the building’s fire safety system. More precisely, this involves replacing the existing equipment in common areas and extending the fire safety system into private areas. In total, this requires the installation of 2,000 fire detection heads.

The works will be carried out with the site occupied, which requires a great deal of preparatory work to minimise disruption to building users’ daily routines.

The operation will require six employees on site and is scheduled for completion in January 2022.

Contract value: €425,000
