Nexity has called on Uxello Tertiaire Ile de France to implement fire protection for the ENGIE group’s future campus.
Uxello will install the sprinklers in the four buildings’ parking areas and four office levels. A total surface area of almost 60,000 sq. metres will be protected.
This large-scale project will require the installation of seven control stations, eight blowers and more than 6,000 sprinkler heads.
From an environmental perspective, the project is targeting several labels and certifications: E+C- Label, BREEAM Excellent, HQE Sustainable Building V3 – Excellent level, BiodiverCity, Wired Score – Gold, and Osmoz.
Contract value: €1.7 million
