From design to construction for Tunzini Process!
Tunzini Process was involved in creating 22,000 square metres of office space in Malakoff (near Paris – France).
The business unit was responsible for the HVACE and plumbing batches, in partnership with GA Smart Building and on behalf of Batipart.
This building complex, designed by Studios Architecture and due to be used by Safran, comprises seven levels tailored to new forms of workplace organisation, combining modularity and flexibility.
Tunzini Process supported GA Smart Building from the conceptual modelling in Full BIM right through to construction.
The project was named best BIM project in the Tekla BIM Awards France 2020, and in environmental terms, is targeting the following certifications and labels: HQE® “Very High Performance”, Effinergie +, and Well Gold Level. This fantastic project has really helped cement the partnership between Tunzini Process and GA Smart Building!
