Cegelec is renovating an historic building in Belgium
The iconic Axa building partially constructed in one of the ponds along Boulevard du Souverain in Watermael-Boitsfort (South Brussels), empty now for nearly three years, has been sold and will be renovated. The project consists in the renovation of the Royal Belge cross-form building to turn the building into flats and a hotel, as well as make room for office space.
The project involves in HVAC the production of heating by gas boilers, cooling ice water production and heat pump. The experience of ITB is needed for high tension, power generator, distribution panels, cabling ducts, cabling, indoor & outdoor lighting, KNX, solar power, charging infra, smoke detection, data and audio.
The works will start in Q4 2021 and will end in Q1 2023.
