C2C Réseaux and Cinodis join Building Solutions!

VINCI Energies has acquired the C2C Réseaux and Cinodis companies, which specialise in the installation and maintenance of connected solutions for buildings. The move boosts the Group’s range of solutions and services for smart buildings and communication networks.

The two companies deliver expertise in IP (Internet Protocol) solutions and have achieved substantial expansion based on the “Passive Optical LAN” (POL) solution for service-sector buildings. These solutions support data transmission and are a crucial part of building automation systems.

Located respectively in Chambly, north of Paris, and Montigny-le-Bretonneux, southwest of the capital, C2C Réseaux and Cinodis together have 64 employees and generate €24 million in annual revenue. Founder Cédric Collet is joining VINCI Energies to support the integration of the two companies and their future growth.

Eric Plumey, Managing Director of VINCI Energies France Tertiaire Nord Est & Sécurité Incendie, says that “ELV and network expertise is key to promoting a range of smart building solutions and services.”
